1. Is it necessary to have an account to shop on GameBucks?
A. Yes, it's necessary to log into your GameBucks account to shop. Shopping as a
logged-in user is fast & convenient and also provides extra security. You'll
have access to a personalised shopping experience including recommendations and
quicker check-out.
2. Are there any hidden charges (GST, etc.) when I shop on GameBucks?
A. There are NO hidden charges when you shop on GameBucks. The price you see on
the product page is final and it's exactly what you pay.
Note: There can be additional servicing charges which shall be
mentioned on the product listing page.
3. The delivery of my order is delayed. What should I do?
A. On the rare occasion that your order is delayed, please check your email &
messages for updates. A new delivery timeframe will be shared with you.
4.1. What should I do if my order is approved but I haven’t received the Gift
Voucher yet?
A. Brand usually process the voucher request within 1-2 business days before committed
date. In case you don't receive the gift voucher with 3 business days, please contact
our Customer Support so that we can look into it.
4.2. What should I do if my order is approved but I haven’t received the Coins
credit yet?
A. Brand usually process the credit within 1-2 business days before committed date.
In case your coins are not credited within this time, please contact our Customer
Support so that we can look into it.
5. What’s the standard timeframe for the Coins to get credited?
A. Coins will be directly credited to your game account under the Gaming ID Provided
at the time of placing the order, within 3-4 buniess days from the date order is
placed.
6. I have Rs.100 GameBucks Unique Code, How I Can use.
A. To redeem your GameBucks Unique Code / Points; Register and submit your voucher
number & other mandatory details at the program site, select the gaming product,
if cost of product selected is within unique code value you simply check-out otherwise
pay the difference value over and above the unique code value to shop gaming product.
- For some games you might have to provide your Gaming ID + GAME’s NAME and
Email Address at checkout under remarks and Submit – The voucher value discount
will be automatically applied to the final cart value at checkout.
- For others, you may simply enter your email address and complete the check-out.
7. Can I encash the Unique Code?
A. Unique Code are non encashable non-transferable. Unique Code are valid only to
redeem at GameBucks website by Bonafide holders of Promotions & Rewards program
run by RewardPort India Pvt Ltd.
8. What is the validity of Unique Code.
A. Unique Code is valid as detailed on email or print on the vouchers.
9. Can I do partial redemption of the voucher?
A. These Unique Code are of fixed value and entire value needs to be used in one
go.
10. My Order is for more than the Unique Code value?
A. In case the order value is:
- If order value is more than voucher value – pay the difference via integrated
payment gateway through a card or net banking.
- If order value is less than the voucher value – the remaining balance is stands
voided.
11. I have not received any confirmation for the order placed.
A. Please email your Order Details and Mobile No at:
help@rewardport.in with Subject – GameBucks. Support Team will connect
with you on working days from Monday to Friday between 11am to 5 pm.
12. I had redeemed product A and have received B product.
A. The product images displayed are of third party brand, products are subject to
availability, similar products of same or different brands will be offered, as detailed
at the program site, the product must have been offered subject to your selection
of said product and confirmation, to redeem Unique Code at the program site.
13. My concern is not mentioned here.
